How I use your information

When you book an event or send an enquiry, I use the information you provide to respond, manage your booking, keep track of available places and payments, and contact you about the event. Booking requests may be delivered by email, and booking records may be stored in the website's Cloudflare-hosted database so I can manage them securely across devices.

I don't sell your details or add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission. The website uses essential security and authentication features for the private booking dashboard. I don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

Booking and enquiry details are normally kept for 12 months after the event, unless a longer period is needed for legal obligations or an ongoing issue. Accounting and payment records may need to be kept longer to meet tax requirements.

CCTV at the property

CCTV is in operation at the property for safety and security. Visitors may be recorded while on the premises. CCTV footage is normally retained for 12 months and is used for security and incident management. It is only accessed or shared where necessary and lawful. Alcohol and Challenge 25

I operate a Challenge 25 policy. Anyone who appears to be under 25 may be asked to show valid photographic proof of age before being served or sold alcohol. Alcohol will not be sold or served to anyone under 18.

Children at events

Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or accompanying responsible adult at all times. Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for supervising their children and taking reasonable steps to keep them safe during activities and while on the property.
